The primary goal of Dennis J. Knox, President and Founder of the company is to provide expeditious results once a search has been engaged. Every search is guaranteed to be completed within a reasonable time, which is typically between thirty (30) and sixty (60) days from inception, to the candidate’s acceptance. This is based on success principles which embody a well-researched plan, carefully developed recruiting skills, a high level of professionalism and an appropriate sense of urgency to each client engagement.

The background of a potential candidate is never presented to a client without the candidate's prior approval.
